- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes drained
- 12 oz marinara sauce no-sugar-added for keto
- Salt & pepper to taste

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned.
Stir in Italian seasoning and salt & pepper while the beef cooks.
Drain any excess grease using a strainer and bowl.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in cream cheese until melted and fully combined with the beef.
Lower heat to low and add the drained diced tomatoes and marinara sauce. Stir until well incorporated.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot as-is, or pair with your favorite sides.
- Perfect Pairing: Serve with my Keto Cheddar Biscuits — they’re cheesy, savory, and amazing for soaking up the creamy sauce.
- Low-Carb Options: This dish is naturally keto-friendly. For serving, try spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles, or mashed cauliflower instead of pasta or rice.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Freezing: Cool completely, then freeze in a freezer-safe container or bag for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
- Reheating: Warm gently over low heat on the stovetop. Add a splash of water, broth, or cream to loosen the sauce if needed.
