Keto Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp butter melted (divided)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing mix (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and set half aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the sour cream, eggs, half of the melted butter, and the cheddar cheese until combined.
  • Scoop large spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-14 minutes, until cooked through and golden on top.
  • Brush biscuits with the remaining melted butter-or mix ranch seasoning into the butter before brushing for a flavor boost!
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!
