- 2 lbs ground beef
- 16 oz bacon
- 3 tomatoes diced
- 1 1/2 cups avocado mayo
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp pepper more or less to taste
- 1 heart of romaine lettuce chopped or a bag of pre-chopped hearts of romaine
Chop the bacon into small pieces and add to a skillet or kettle over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until crispy. Set aside.
While the bacon is cooking, dice the tomatoes and chop the romaine lettuce. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the avocado mayo, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Start with 1 teaspoon of pepper and add more to taste. Set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease and return to the skillet over low heat.
